Founded by Jay Paschall after surviving a life-altering shooting that led to his loss of sight, Paschall Community Services was born out of a first-hand understanding of the gaps in specialized housing. We don’t just provide residences; we build an empowering brotherhood designed to restore dignity, independence, and safety for blind adults.

At Paschall Community Services, we are proud to expand our mission by providing essential living resources to individuals who are blind, have low vision, and seniors throughout Philadelphia’s five-county region. While we have not yet opened our first residential building, this important season is part of our greater journey toward developing smart, accessible housing for the communities we serve. In the meantime, our exclusive Residential Resource Services are designed to help clients find affordable, safe, and accessible housing that meets their unique needs. By contacting us, clients will have the opportunity to meet with our Paschall Residential Services professionals for a personal interview to discuss their living needs, receive support in identifying housing opportunities based on their criteria, and be connected to trusted locations, resources, referrals, legal connections, and community networks that can help complete their targeted living goals. We are honored to walk alongside our community every step of the way as we build toward a future of greater independence, dignity, and accessible living for all.
