Our commitment to “Accessibility First” means every residential unit is meticulously designed and enhanced to empower individuals with visual impairments. This includes:

  • Talking appliances and integrated security/building communication systems.
  • Accessible surfaces, wall, and floor guides for confident navigation.
  • Location-based assistance items, fully customizable to each resident’s preferences.

We believe that true accessibility is about more than just compliance; it’s about creating an environment where every individual can thrive independently and comfortably.
